Collaborating with Ms. Eydie Tillman was truly a remarkable experience. From our very first meeting, I felt her genuine compassion and understanding regarding my situation. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, which made me feel valued and supported. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly patient and provided clear guidance, which significantly eased my anxiety and stress. I recently inherited some property in Edgefield County, and I needed legal advice as to how to ensure all the records shifted to my name, that the local tax office had the right information, and that I did all the things I should after Probate. Eydie Tillman was wonderful in her assistance to me, checking to make sure everything that had transpired was properly documented, and recommending to me such things as having a new appraisal done in order to re-establish the baseline for capital gains, and other things that I might not have thought about. I have worked with other attorneys in the past, and unlike many of them Eydie speaks in words that are understandable to a layman like me without omitting any of the niceties nor talking down to me. What a refreshing experience!

Ms. Tillman herself appears very nice. However, the job I paid her to do was not done. Because of inaction and lack of communication, my case dragged on and cost me undue stress and many thousands of dollars more than it should have. I had to hire a different attorney to finish my case. The money I paid this firm was entirely wasted. Whether I called, emailed, or texted this attorney, I rarely got a reply in a timely fashion. In fact, I went a couple months without hearing back from this attorney which, again, cost me time, money, and excessive stress. I do not recommend this firm.

Eydie Tillman vigorously defended me in my defense against plaintiff's spousal support and subsequent divorce settlement against my soon-to-be ex-wife who was just out for money. With all liabilities and few assets declared due to her irresponsible credit card spending, she wanted to take me for everything she could possibly take. However, Eydie fought honestly and in good faith against her dishonest and disingenuous claims to win me a settlement that I could live with and an immediate end to spousal support with no future support! Thank you Eydie for your stellar representation and compassionate approach to your practice and defense of your client; a job well done!!!
