Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Went through the car wash paid $30 for the graph x. Wash. Wish I could give 0 stars for this. I went to the manager and asked him to come look at the vehicle and he walked over took a look at my car as I showed him the dirt and he said it was mold so I could not run my car through again. This was ridiculous you could clearly see it was dirt on the windows all over the car. I wash this vehicle every two weeks along with my car at this car wash. Terrible experience I will never go back the kid was such a jerk to me. On the sign it clearly said to let them know if you’re not happy guess that’s a lie. What would have it hurt if he let me go thru again to get the dirt off. Customer service 0 you need to find yourself someone with customer service skills if you are going to call them a manager.

Great customer service. Paid for the 2nd best wash. Tires had no shine. Found dirt all over. Free vacuum wouldn't even suck dirt off of the rubber mats. Was supposed be a "showroom shine". So if a showroom shine means dirt still caked on then they nailed it. Very disappointed as it was my first visit and with a customers at that

Seems as of late, something is always broken and waiting on a part. Sometimes they do seem too much in a hurry. Do they know what cars pay for what service? I feel the people that pay the highest price should always get a little more like tires scrubbed or something with a little more effort. Maybe even scrub the bug guts off the windshield, hood or grill a little better.

Rarely have clean towels available and the attendants are rush and do a bad job washing the back so they can get back to their phones. Car wash itself is good though! EDIT: As of late I’m very pleased with the service, more attention to detail from the techs when using the brush on the front and back and towels are always full!!

I let two different workers talk me into the $30 "guaranteed" wash and they said they will make sure my new Yukon Denali is completely clean or they would put it back through. It wasn't, but then as soon as we pull back around those 2 disappear and Big Shot Assistant Manager "Tim" runs out and says says no refunds and we can't go again while he is looking right at dirt on our hood and on our doors. DON'T DO IT, scam.
