Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I’ve been a customer with tidal wave for a few years now and it’s by far my favorite place to get my car washed. The team members who work there are kind, helpful and attentive. My vehicle is always cleaned and they are also accommodating. Today was especially a welcoming and friendly interaction. I had my bike rack on my truck and I really needed it washed because I was going to store it. I asked one of the Team members if I could keep my bike rack on so it can get wash. He was nice enough to tell me that unfortunately i needed to take it off but was kind enough to spray it down and clean it off for me while I took the truck through the wash. They definitely did not need to do that but I am very thankful he did. Tidal wave is the best in town, I’m always happy with the wash and never feel like I leave with my car dirty. Definitely worth it! Check them out and their friendly staff! Thank you tidal wave!

Yall let me just tell you guys about this place! Everyone is always so nice and helpful, and my car always looks brand new when I leave. But the main thing I wanna say is that Christian was amazing. He was prob the nicest person I've ever met 😭 he was helpful, kind, and hilarious. Could not have asked for a better attendant!!! 10/10 would recommend

HUGE shout out to Chad and his crew (didn't catch his name but the young blonde long haired guy was awesome too) for going above and beyond to help me out of a "sticky" situation. (Think a massive strawberry smoothie spilled all over the inside of my car, seeping into every nook and cranny you could possibly imagine). They absolutely did not have to help, and could have easily turned me away and let me fend for myself, but instead were incredibly understanding and helpful, and turned around a day going quickly sour. Little acts of kindness go a long way. 10/10 recommended going to see Chad and his crew at Tidal Wave on Washington Rd in Augusta GA. Thank y'all again!!

This is the best car wash! Everytime I have been it has been very clean. Great vacuum area and the workers are always so friendly. Will continue to keep using Tidal Wave! Highly recommend

I love coming to this car wash so much I had to become a member. Aaron and all of the other employees are super nice and my suv looks amazing everytime I leave. I highly recommend
