Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I’ve been using Tidal Wave in Aiken for a while now, and it’s consistently a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the process is quick and efficient, whether you’re just getting a basic wash or going all-in with the top package. The staff always does a great job of prepping the car before you go through the wash which really helps make sure there are no bugs or spots when you come through the wash. The wash itself does a great job—my car always comes out sparkling clean, and the free vacuums are a nice bonus for getting the interior looking just as nice. They offer towels and cleaners on-site so you can do some extra detailing if you want. The location is convenient, and even when it’s busy, the line moves fast. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, quality car wash in the Aiken area

I switched from Lulus to Tidal Wave because their employees are polite, the locations are always well-staffed, and the machines always work. I have never had an issue with my barcode not working or the buffer at the end of the wash coming down to dry the windshield. There is always plenty of staff to work the entrance, do the pre-wash, run the wash, and then keep the vacuum area well-stocked. I think the big difference is their "2nd mile" initiative. They want to keep you coming back, and the 2nd mile is a step-by-step way to ensure great service. I also appreciate that they are owned by a family in Georgia, so it feels like they are really invested in our area. One testament to this is their fundraising program, which really helped our school raise great money. It was the fundraiser that led me to Tidal Wave in the first place, but it's the excellent experience and service that keeps me coming back. I'd give Tidal Wave 10 stars if I could.

Have gone here a couple times but this past recent time was amazing. I did a lot of traveling at night which resulted in a lot of bugs on the front of my car and the gentleman who guided me into the wash took the time to scrub all those bugs off my car! It took quite some time for him but he got them all and I am impressed so I definitely recommend this place!

This generous dealership unfortunately couldn’t accommodate our Dually truck but let us use the vacuums. Chad was so friendly and helpful! We’ll definitely be back (with a smaller vehicle!)

Great wash. Attendants before wash cleaning hard-to-get-to parts of the car is a nice touch. They're friendly, too. Dryer blowers are marginal. They leave more moisture on the car than those at LuLu's...but I'm staying with Tidal Wave.
