Been a loyal customer for over 7 years. Quality is top tier and I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is so incredibly friendly, great customer service and the environment is a dream. Thumb has fostered an amazing business and I always feel at home/comfortable from the moment I walk in. Brandy is my go-to girl and she never disappoints when it comes to my eyebrows.

Been going to Thumbs for 15 years. Refuse to go anywhere else. Brandi is my GIRL!!! She is the absolute best! They can always get you in, even with relatively short notice, and the service is always great! Happy to be a client of theirs.

Had my first wax today by Brandy and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my experience.. I was very nervous walking in but Brandy was able to calm by nerves and make me feel very comfortable. She definitely cares about her customers and is very passionate about what she does.. can not say enough great things about my experience.. wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

I had the best first brazillian wax with Miss Sherri! I usually only get my facial wax done and it’s always done exactly how I want it. Miss Sherri made me feel very comfortable and she was very professional. Great service and very friendly staff.
