The UPS Store

I give them 2 stars. I have been shipping there for about 4 years and the family that used to run this place was really good. However, in the last couple years the store declined to the point where I need to find a better way to ship things.

I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS location. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I did not feel confident leaving my package with them due to their attitude and lack of customer service. What’s more concerning is that they were charging for UPS-branded boxes that are free at other UPS locations. When I questioned this, they offered no clear explanation and seemed more interested in making a quick buck than providing proper service. As someone who regularly uses UPS, I expect a standard level of service across locations, but this place falls far below that standard. I will be taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend this location to anyone looking for courteous and honest service.

The staff is always so helpful especially because I am elderly and at times have a hard time locating the QR code.

I mostly come here for my Amazon returns. Every time, the man who runs the store is extremely helpful and friendly. I’m always in and out very quickly and if I ever have an issue with the app or one of my returns, they have been able to work it out. This is the only place I go for my shipments and returns now because it’s so hassle free and convenient.

The customer service at this location leaves much to be desired :( . The employees (some) have a nasty disposition whenever I visit There's always a customer or two in line with complaints. Let's talk about the line...it's usually out the door. DO NOT go around lunch. Sadly, this is the most convenient location for most of us doing Amazon returns
