Arrived around 11 with a suitcase to be shipped to my son in the military. 5 people ahead, but the line moved quickly. Was treated and helped with this uncommon shipment quickly and professionally. One of the best UPS stores I've used. 5 Stars.

The experience at the store is always delightful. The customer service as well as the wait time is impeccable. I’ve passed the information on to others about the time management, which is excellent. The friendliness of the associates that work there. And their willingness to help and assist.

Went in on the 21st at 11am because I needed to overnight some important documents, spent $57 to do so. On the 22nd the tracking said that UPS had not yet received the package. I went down in person to find out what happened to my documents because it was important insurance paperwork and no one answered the phone when I called multiple times. I started with explaining the situation to the woman behind the counter when the manager came to take over saying that it was probably because of the weather but when he called (on speaker) the courier said that all of the packages made it to the airport on time the night before (despite the weather). At this point I had become very concerned and made it a point to mention that I could not simply get another one of what was in that package and that is when the manager said “the insurance check? If you’re that concerned I could let you look at our cameras” to which I said I didn’t think anyone would have taken it because it’s useless unless it’s endorsed by the mortgage company. He was quiet and said that he was sure it would be delivered the following day. And that I could not get a refund until it was delivered despite it already being late. He was not apologetic in anyway, and was actually pretty rude through the exchange, as if I was inconveniencing him. Per the tracking info, there was no weather delay and it was not delivered on time because ups had “not received” the package until 6:13 pm on the 22nd. I thought that was weird considering I dropped it off on the 21st at 11am. It was then delivered on the 23rd. I called the store after it was delivered for my refund and they informed me that they would file the claim and I’d receive an email once the claim had been filed. I said okay. I received nothing, but I gave it a day and called back on the 24th was told that they already had my information and that they would file the claim. Still nothing. The entire staff (Jen, Trey, and the other young lady) are always pleasant, patient, friendly, and helpful. They make it easy for the customer.
