I am disappointed. I ordered 4 packages only got 1. The employees they don’t care, they don’t offer any help. They blame usps for their mistake. This is the worst ups I have dealt with and it’s embarrassing considering that I’m paying for a service that I’m not receiving.

They don’t care. I’ll go in there multiple times to pick up packages and they’ll say they don’t have it, then 2 days later I’ll go in and suddenly it’s there with a sticker saying they received it 4 days ago. This time it was a week, it’s 1/13, I just picked up a package that they received on 1/6. I picked up other packages on 1/10, 1/8, and 1/6… I asked if they had anything else and told them I was looking for another package each time. Every time. Without fail. I’m paying them money so they can delay my mail is so maddening…

Absolutely rude employee. The lady employee with brown curly hair that worked today 4/17/24 is so rude. She needs to be retrained or spoken to. Always has an attitude and makes smart faces at customers. Completely walks away when you’re trying to work with her and ship out packages. This is the second time i’ve had a terrible interaction with her. When i see her behind the counter when i have to ship something i dread it. Do something about this lady.

By far, it was the worst customer service experience I've witnessed. Went in to ship off something, and instead of stopping to give clear and concise instructions, the worker was talking and moving away from me. Then, whenever she came to give the instructions clearly, she started talking to other people, ignoring me at the counter. She didn't come back to me until she finished her conversation. But I guess that's what I get for going to an already rated subpar store expecting a great experience.
