The Swank Company

My daughter and I went to get ice cream at a nearby ice cream shop (great customer service, by the way) and decided to look around in Swank. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted by any of the young ladies working, however, we shrugged it off since they basically weren’t greeting anyone. They mainly stayed huddled around the cash register engaged by their own conversation. As we walked around the store, I made eye contact with at least two of the young ladies, and neither one even said, “Let me know if I can help you all” or “Are you finding everything ok?” I must say that all was not lost, though. As we were leaving, another lady walked in and she actually got a “Hi, welcome in!” We got nothing, and that’s very disheartening. There were some really cute pieces that we thought of buying, but due to the lack of any kind of customer service, we decided to leave. I know that one customer’s experience may not make much of an impact on your overall success (and I hope it doesn’t; I wish everyone the best), but I wanted to leave a review in hopes that your employees are provided with some good training in the area of Customer Service 101.

I just want to share the sweetest experience- I ran in today to get a sweet gift for a client whom is having their first chemo treatment today. I was immediately greeted with sweet smiles and genuine eagerness to assist me. I gathered my items for the sweet “make your own basket” and made my way to the counter. I was also picking up a pre order for my daughter. My nerves were less that great as my concern for my sweet client was at the forefront of my thoughts. I was in Swank looking for a pre order from Posh Tots 🙃 ( their sister store next door) The sweet girls behind the counter immediately realized what was going on and not only did they quell my nerves and immediately fix it, one sweet girl actually went next-door to retrieve the pre-order and brought it back to me. That type of customer service is definitely going far above and beyond, and let me tell you what it did. It made my shopping experience the best it could possibly be. I’d like to say thank you to every single one working in there today what an amazing team!!! 🌼

My teenage daughter loves each of the Swank boutiques. She always seems to find something she either wants to get for herself or as a gift for one of her friends. This time we picked up a "teddy bear" jacket, a OS crop top and an adorable necklace for less than 100 dollars. The store assistants even gift wrapped the birthday present for us. The gift bags are good quality and the teens seem to smile when they see that they're receiving a gift from The Swank Co.

Love their clothes but their online ordering is a MESS. Will order something, then days later they say its out of stock. Go into the store then find 4 of my sizes of the same item. Super frustrating.
