The Swank Company

Went in to this storefront earlier today. Being a plus size woman it’s really hard to find clothes in my size that are actually nice. I talked to one of the girls working there. I think she said her name was Katherine, and she seemed to genuinely care about my issues with the lack of plus size range and even shared her own concerns about it. A lot of times when I tell employees about this issue they look at me crazy. She helped me find a top I liked and that fit me well which was nice. While the other girl working did not do anything but play on her phone, the girl helping me went above and beyond to make sure my experience was satisfactory despite my initial disappointment. Was going to leave a bad review but Katherine definitely changed my mind.

Love this store so much! Such a local staple for all things gifts and trendy fashion for all ages. I love that I can find something for everyone in one stop here. Bath bombs, candles, unique candy, cute stickers, stationary, serving dishes, cookbooks, & accessories are some of my go to items. A specific item that I love to get is a Volcano candle from the company Capri Blue. They are the best gifts, and everyone loves them. The fashion is on top of current trends. Lots of young people shop here, but as a 31 year old, married, mom of 2, (that also wears L/XL), I find literally tons of items that feel both comfortable, cute, and age appropriate. Hands down the best clothing/gift boutique in the CSRA.

I have shopped at swank for the past few years at Their other locations and always been 100% satisfied but this morning especially thankful for this company I needed a new outfit for my grandmother’s funeral because the outfit and shoes I planned to wear were not going to work with the weather and the girl with the brown hair went out of her way to help me find matching shoes and even offered to have someone bring over my size from a different location but I ended up finding a pair in my size but the sweetness and encouragement that I got from both girls on such a hard morning for me means a lot. Not to mention I was in and out in 15 minutes. This new location is small but has everything you need for a quick trip! I don’t usually do reviews but this one felt necessary!

Shoutout to Kaylin from Riverwood who fixed my online order that the Furys Ferry location messed up. She even went the extra mile to wrap it so cute ❤️

They have the cutest clothes in town and give one of the best shopping experiences in Augusta! I know that I can always find what I’m looking for at Swank!!
