The staff were very kind & helpful. The Swank Company was very clean & bright. The indoor painting & lighting was very complimentary to the outside sunshine. Found a ✨FAB✨ vest for my aunt! She loved it! We had just finished dining at a restaurant in Surrey Center & were about to leave when we all looked at each other & said, "We have to go inside The Swank, we are already here."

They have so many cute clothes and gifts! Leah and Jane Anne were the sweetest and so so helpful.

Tried to buy local and support a small business. Purchased some earrings as a gift, but they ended up being too long/dangly. So, I tried to return them a little over two weeks after I purchased them and was told that their return policy is no returns after two weeks and if they accept a return, it would only be for store credit. So, not only did I try and support a local small business by purchasing very overpriced earrings, but now I’m stuck with a store credit to a store I no longer want to do business with. I guess the joke is on me because they got my money one way or the other. Beware! You better love what you buy… because “they ain’t takin’ it back!”

I enjoy shopping in this store because they have lovely clothes and all the employees there are very knowledgeable and helpful ! I just spoke to Caroline at the Surry Center store since I was looking for a certain blouse yet again . It was a phone interaction and the young lady Caroline was VERY helpful and went out of her way to arrange for the 2 blouses I wanted to be held for pickup at the Furris Ferry store . She was a pleasure to talk to and was super helpful ; it really means a lot to have the business lije Swank here in Augusta! One never feels ignored or invisible when dealing with any of their employees either by phone or in person ! They all are wonderful to deal with and so very helpful! Thank you !

The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. Yesterday they came through in a big way. Uncle Bezos was out of a particular item which The Swank happened to have in stock. Not only did they help me locate what I was looking for but they brought it to their Surrey location which was more convenient for me. Excellent customer service!!
