I recently toured The Premier Apartments in Evans, GA and had such a wonderful experience! Tammy, the community manager, was absolutely amazing—warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through the property, answer all my questions, and made me feel so welcome. You can tell she truly cares about the community and the residents. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location, but Tammy is what really made the visit special. If you’re considering a move, I highly recommend stopping by for a tour—you won’t be disappointed!

My wife & I recently toured The Premier with Nykayla as our tour guide and she was very enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable. The Premier is such a welcoming environment. They offer a lot of amazing amenities. Also, the apartments are spacious and give a warm home feeling.

When you are still displaced because of the storm, you appreciate the little things. Blessed we found a safe place to call home which is run by the very nicest people who tireless promote events that’s foster community spirit. Thankful for the big and little things. We are taking advantage of many of them too from lattes, wine down Wednesday, and so much more. They even provided a free wrapping station which was super helpful and fun wrapping gifts straight from the mailroom. I highly recommend this community for anyone in need of a home.

The management team is friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any concerns. They organize community events that foster a welcoming atmosphere among residents. Overall, The Premier offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and community. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to make this my home.
