Bought my daughter a bracelet for Christmas. Sadly I purchased the wrong one. There were several similar styles. It was $68. I was not told jewelry was final sale at time of purchase. My daughter went in to exchange for the correct one today and was not allowed to do so because of policy. I can understand if she was asking for refund or maybe if these were earrings. She just wished to exchange for the bracelet she wanted. She was shown the bottom of receipt where in small print it says jewelry is final sale. I would have purchased a gift certificate instead had I known this. Buyers beware

To the owners, On Sunday My husband and I stopped by the Evens store. Never been in that store before. I have always went to Grovetown store. I love Peppy Poppy. However, My shopping experience there was not enjoyable. One of the young ladies there followed behind us the whole time and would straighten the hanger rack where I had looked through for my size. I felt like I had no shopping space and it was just awkward. It ruined my shopping experience at your store. The young ladies were very sweet young ladies. Maybe just let them know to give customers a little more shopping space.

I went to THE PEPPY PEPPY today in Evans, Publix Square. I went in specifically for Sunglasses 🕶️, as soon as I walked in I was followed by an employee, I wouldn’t have minded if I was asked if I needed any help. This is not the first time. Heading to the cashier a employee did ask if I was ok with finding what I needed. I was speaking with the cashier who was ringing me out about how I felt with the following and I was telling her how much I liked the store. Well MISS MISSY POOH! Decided to tell me off, and argued with me so I felt I had no choice but to leave the store and the ITEM!
