The clubhouse is a standout feature, complete with a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool, and even a putting green to fine-tune your short game — perfect for golf lovers in the heart of Masters country. Another major plus: the property is wired for AT&T fiber optic internet, making it an ideal home base for gamers, streamers, remote professionals, or anyone needing reliable high-speed connectivity. Though The Parker already offers outstanding amenities, they’re still investing in the future. I learned that a poolside grill will be added soon, which will be perfect for relaxed Sunday evenings or hosting friends in style. The office staff is very professional ,welcoming, and willing to answer questions. They were very very helpful in coordinating my move from out of state , I am very is very thankful for Nydia & Brianna! It is quiet here and well kept. I'm sure we'll be a great community once it's fully completed I've enjoyed living here

I booked for a tour and was truly impressed the customer service is so friendly. The staff is super knowledgeable. Both Nydia and Breanna were amazing in explaining the process of renting one of these beautiful complexes from start to finish. The amenities are amazing, the culture is great, and super peaceful environment.

I love it here!!! We have been here for a couple months and it’s been great. I would recommend these living conditions to anyone, who is positive grown in there work field, and someone who need some very serious and comfortable living conditions… COME ON DOWN TO THE PARKER OF NORTH AUGUSTA

Love my New place to call home :) Nydia Is Sooo Helpful & made my transition from Louisiana to South Carolina Very Smooth . She answers all my questions great communication & a lovely community to live in. “ if you having second thoughts “ this is the best place to live I promise you wont regret it .
