Our son has been taking piano lessons at The Musical Express Studio for over 3 years and we couldn’t be happier with his progress and the overall experience. Instructor Mrs. Whitaker along with the Owner/Instructor Ms. Davis are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. They believe in tailoring each lesson to fit each student skill level and learning pace, which has made a world of difference in our son confidence and ability to play. The studio itself is warm and welcoming, with well-maintained pianos and a comfortable learning environment. The scheduling is flexible, and the staff is always accommodating when I need to reschedule a lesson. They not only teach you how to play but also instill a deeper appreciation for music. I’ve seen significant improvement in our son technique and musicality since starting his piano lessons. At the Musical Express under the guidance of owner/instructor Ms. Temeka Davis, all students will receive a world class piano education that reaps excellence in music performance, with a strong foundation in music theory.   Her knowledge and expertise are evident in her award-winning teaching. She is excellent at assessing students’ abilities and interests and tailoring the lessons accordingly. Her dedication to helping students learn and grow and her passion for teaching is truly inspiring. Ms. Temeka Davis is a gifted musician and teacher.  Most importantly, she is the perfect teacher for our son (7 years of lessons and counting). Our family absolutely loves everyone at The Musical Express! The instructors work so hard to teach and encourage the kids in a fun and motivating way. I absolutely love how Ms. Temeka and Ms. Rebekah have picked songs that interest my children and are so kind and patient with them. I feel like my children have learned so much and they look forward to lessons every week. I highly recommend them!!
