Set a first time appointment up for today. Was literally on the way to the appointment. Was right down the street from the office. 10 minutes before the appointment. Got a text stating the doctor went home for the day was sick. Definitely not the way to start off with a patient. Will not be making another appointment. You would think an office with that many patients that rely on them would have more than 1 doctor so this never happens. Would love to know where I can send my bill for them canceling on me without 24 hours notice!!!!!!!

Just make sure you understand the membership before you start take there paperwork home and pick the best one for you. Dr Scott is good and Dr Voion another good doctor. The staff is very friendly. At least try it once DT

They tell you, you get one visit for $29.00. then after your consultation, you are offered a WELNESS PLAN. They then tell you it will cost you a one time fee of $110.00 for 6 sessions. Do not believe them, and do not sign anything. Why you ask, they fail to tell you that you are now on a monthly plan that will automatically deduct $79.00 a month.

This was my first visit. I needed an adjustment and they had an opening. The check-in process was great along with the adjustment and information for aftercare. The check out is why I gave them two stars. I listened to the "plans and memberships" they try to sell you and declined them. I told the receptionist I just wanted to pay for the single visit. The receptionists sighed, asked for my card, ran it, handed it back and said "Here you go."

I was in the ER with extreme back pain. My father in law told me about The Joint. I decided to give it a chance. This was the best decision I could have ever made! The staff are super friendly. I feel like a brand new person. No back, knee,hip or neck pain anymore.
