Natalie & Saniyah were MORE than AWESOME!!! I almost cried!! I accidentally stretched my bracelet and I stopped in to see if they could possibly replace the elastic BUT chiiiiiiiiiile, they went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! They replaced my whole bracelet and allowed me to keep the original one because of its sentimental value. I mean, the customer service was on 100%!!!!!!!!! Upon entering the store I immediately felt a good energy. Natalie met us asked if it was our first time in the store. It was. She explained everything in the store and asked what I was looking for. After showing me several pieces and each meaning I selected what I was looking for. She then had me try on different sizes and explained the warranty and informed ne if there were any issues with any bracelet they would correct them. I enjoyed the interaction with Natalie and she made my experience in the store much more enjoyable. I will be returning with family members and we will look for Natalie.
