The Huntley Apartment Homes

I recently had the wonderful opportunity to visit the stunning Huntley Apartment Homes, and I was truly impressed by their lively community and spacious three-bedroom townhouse! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the exceptionally friendly leasing staff and the Community Manager, who made me feel right at home. I was thrilled to explore the diverse floor plans available across the three Huntley locations. The amazing amenities, such as the refreshing swimming pools, inviting BBQ areas, and a modern fitness center, along with recent upgrades like granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, create an extraordinary living experience. I can hardly contain my excitement as I prepare to move in over the next few weeks!

The apartment smelled like cigarettes and cat pee when I first moved in. The previous tenant left old used q tips in the bathroom and there’s obvious water damage under the sink and they just threw some plywood on top of it. My first week here someone had already stolen things off my back porch. It took them 5 days to fix my toilet that was coming out of the floor. The other tenants also don’t use trash bags and throw food directly into the dumpster so there maggots, flies, and roaches everywhere. Do not rent here if you have another option.

Great place to live .The new manager knows what he doing . He goes above and beyond for all the tenants. I have seen a complete difference in this office over the last few months . The lady and guy in the office finally picks up the phone . Maintenance issues finally being resolved. I actually see our manager walking the property now, which no other manager has done . All we need is security for the kids running around and it would be complete . Great job guys .

My experience with the Huntley has been amazing from the start, Thanks To Mr. JD. He made the move in easy and any issues I’ve had he’s immediately made sure they were taken care of. Very professional. I wouldn’t have chosen this place if not for him.

0/10 would not recommend! This place has been a disaster from day 1! Feels like we’re paying almost $2,000 a month to live in the projects. We have not been able to use one of our bathrooms since we moved in. This place has to be a joke. Never experienced anything like this place in my entire adult life. I’m so over complaining and asking them to fix anything here at this point.
