The Family Y Team Headquarters

No one in this office answers the phone, returns voicemails, or answers emails. I had to drive 45 minutes to their office just to pick up 3 pay stubs that could have been sent via email. I was calling and for 3 days prior 3 times a day to avoid visiting the office. My insurance is now cancelled due to not having pay stubs turned in on time. The absolute WORST quality of resource management I've received from an employer/ former employer.

Terrible: Unsafe, unhealthy and hazardous place for kids- Although good place for adults. Photos will be available after meeting with board members or President - unless they do not want to meet me to discuss the issues I saw as a parent of kids there or concerned for other kids.

Great cardio! Needs better housekeeping and maintenance. Facilities lacking. No hot water several days ago but no signs stating. All sweaty and had to go home (13 miles) to shower. Had to cancel meeting. Next week signage indicating water was extremely hot, don't use showers! Today sauna didn't work!

Great programs that raise the community, the pool has been shut down but the exercise equipment is awesome and fun, indoor track for running or walking

DT Family Y offers great classes, staff is nice and supportive. Great place to work out.
