Big hall to walk in, mail box is inside. I have made lots of friends here. I love it here. I moved in here on day one and loved it. I'm in a handicapped apt and still love it. Only thing is they do not keep up the vacuum of halls and the elevator and front entrance is filthy. We have other problems that never seem to get resolved. I think we have had 7 managers already and I hope that we can keep the one we have now??? I really miss a garbage disposal, Not me but some are dumping leftover food down the toilet. I would pay for a garbage disposal if they would put one in for me. I am still happy here, I do love this area, It's close to my kids, and I love where my apt is on the 3rd floor. My only real problem is almost every one here has a handicapped window placket. and I cannot walk without a walker, I would fall so I have to have room enough room to put it in and get it out. The cannot assign me a parking space. Nearly everyone who parks in this area can walk without aid. Our sprinklers do not work. They did when we moved here. Its a waste of money to mow the lawn around the apts. We do not have a lawn and the plants and trees need taken care of please. We want to be proud of the place we live in. All in all I still love it here and want to stay here. Please address these problems. Thank you, Connie M #302

I am a resident of Edgewater. I love where I live. However, from day one due to a lung disease, I have been trying to relocate to a different apartment where the bathroom is not dominant to my living and eating area. There is a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door which makes it easy for any airborne bacteria to enter my living and dining area. The last manager promised me Unit 211 as it would be suitable for my needs. She was very empathetic to the needs of seniors unlike the managers before her who dismissed the needs of the residents. Now we are without a manager again for the fourth time and my situation has not been resolved. There has to be a reason that all of these managers are leaving this company. Something needs to be done.

I live in The Edgewater. It is clean. Well maintained and quiet. Very peaceful. Carpet throughout. Ceiling fans. All appliances, laundry hookups in apts. Microwave and dishwashers. Icemakers in fridge. Black appliances and cabinetry. Taupe countertops and carpet. Very spacious. EDITED: I have recently changed my rating from 3 stars to 5. Our two managers have been working very hard to bring order to our living environment. They listen and they care and I thank God for them! Edgewater is looking great!!!

Iβm am an original tenant. Every year the rent goes up 40, 60 and this year after signing a new least in July for September with a 60.00 increase, I get a back dated new lease stating my new monthly rent which went up another 40, totaling 100 in 1 yr. How can you write up another lease 30 days later with a second increase in 30 days. So if you want to live with this worry in your older years. Donβt move here.
