The Clubhouse at Riverside Village

Absolutely LIVID.Had an appointment today to tour an apartment. Don't waste your time. No one met us after driving 50 miles. Gets worse. The only one door had packages all over on the floor. Could not get in parking garage. Tried to call the only available number and no human answered. Left 2 messages. Maybe this was God doing for us what we were unable to see for ourselves. We are soaking wet and cold. What a colossal waste of time. We finally got a call from Charles Merritt in Martinez Ga. They have recently taken over the property. Turns out the guy that was supposed to be here is no longer with the company🙄 It also turns out that no one from management stays at the property.

Esbelle made the move in process as seamless as possible! She took time to set up a zoom call with my wife and I so we could see the place since we were moving from Texas and couldn’t physically be there. She’s definitely one of the best parts of living here. We have been in our apartment for a little over a week now, and we absolutely love it! Watching ball games from our balcony is a lot of fun, the views of the river are incredible, and everyone has been great. I’m also happy that everything is so dog friendly both at the apartment and everything else that’s close by! The only criticism I have is the water pressure in the showers is terrible… I’ll be looking to fix that soon.

We recently move to North Augusta due to a work relocation. After searching various apartments we called The Clubhouse, and everything has been perfect since. Beautiful and well taken care of apartments. Enjoyable, friendly and convenient location. Management is very attentive and efficient. Maintenance responds very promptly. Living at The Clubhouse is an incredible experience! The property manager is a joy to work with and continually makes sure residents are comfortable and satisfied with their living experience. The maintenance team is stellar and is quick to respond to any requests. I could not recommend this property enough. Beautiful and spacious interior, outdoor running/biking trails, and a myriad of restaurants within walking distance. I am so happy I chose The Clubhouse when moving to the Augusta, GA/North Augusta, SC area.

I met with Esbelle for a tour and to learn more about the Clubhouse at RV for a potential future move in. She was so welcoming, considerate, and knowledgable on many services in the area. She explained everything very clearly and left no details behind. The model apartment was absolutely flawless and I felt right at home! I will not know until January if I will be relocating from New York, but, I can say for sure...she will be the first to know! I am very hopeful that this will be the next home for me and my family.
