The Briar Patch Antiques

I went today to check out this antique shop that I’ve heard so much about and it was great. The lady greeted me and welcomed me to the shop. There was so much to look at and everything was displayed so pretty. I will definitely be back. After checking out the owners thanked me for coming and supporting her new shop.

Such a great addition to the area! This new antique shop offers a wonderful variety of items from different dealers, everything from vintage decor and jewelry to unique collectibles. There’s truly something for everyone. The person running it is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes browsing even more enjoyable. A must visit if you enjoy hunting for hidden treasures!

We stopped in here yesterday, around 4 pm, and wasn’t greeted when entering. We had to speak first and she didn’t seem helpful or welcoming at all, which was odd to us. We walked around the store, which had some nice pieces, and decent prices for most items. The building, itself, is super cute and has a lot of potential. I found one item and brought it up front. She barely spoke when checking me out and just seemed aggravated. My husband had to be the one to say “ thank you” after getting his change back. There was no “ thank you for coming in, come back in and see us, “ etc when leaving. As a couple that shops and buys at antique places very often, this was not a welcoming experience and we will not return.
