The Boundary at Silver Bluff

Great community to live in. I have lived here 5 years now. Fairly safe. Neighbors feel like family. Georgia and Amy in the office are always so helpful. Only complaint is the one bedroom is smaller than I knew. At the time I moved in it was 2020 and we couldn't tour the property first. I would have gotten a 2 bedroom for my granddaughter and myself had I known how small it was.

I really love The Boundary at Silver Bluff. Amy and Georgia are absolutely amazing at what they do in the management office. They are pleasant and kind. Always a joy to speak with them both. Mr. David is a good maintenance man if there is even a need it’s addressed and fixed quickly. The grounds of the property stay cleaned daily and the landscaping is top tier, they cut grass and trim hedges weekly for a neat polished look to the homes. The pool is always clean and safe. And the grilling courtyard area is a nice place to have a family outdoor dinner on a nice warm evening.

I have not been here long, but the tenants in this community are so nice. We have made quit a few friends and we all look out for one another. The office staff, Mrs. Amy and Ms. Georgia are super sweet. Mr. David the maintenance man is very nice. They all go above and beyond to make your stay as cozy and comfy as they can. ❤️

I’ve had a great experience living at The Boundary at Silver bluff! The staff is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the property is always clean and well-maintained. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, with modern finishes and great natural light. I also love the community amenities especially the pool. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near shopping places, grocery stores, parks and restaurants.
