Customer Service is a F + Food Quality is not bad but the waitresses have forgotten there position. I explain to the waitress I had condiments in my plate the last time and she argued me down. Observed waitresses mishandling food at the window. The quality of this place can be raised with better customer service. I would on recommend this place for basic eats for the morning and evening. I was reached out to about this place getting 1 star and I can see why. If you sit at the counter you will see how the food is being miss handled Receipt is not itemized showing what you are paying for and overall it needs a adjustment. Not a bad place to eat cooked food

All the waitresses were amazing they kept our drinks filled. They came to check on us very often. The food was brought out fresh and hot very well seasoned. Everything I ate was 10/10 I had a mushroom spinach tomato omlett with hashbrowns and biscuit with a chocolate chip pancake. It was very diverse culture in there and welcoming for ALL people. Would highly recommend.

The food is always great. I have been here 4-5 times over the last year. We go almost every time I visit my son and daughter in law. Great service! The girls are always smiling and cheerful. You can tell that they like their job. The place is very nostalgic. I love the silver diner look and feel.

This 3 star rating on the food us 💯 my fault. I asked the waitress to bring me the best thing they had. And she said "Bet". Then bought me a Philly Cheesesteak with fried okra. 🤦🏾♂️ To be fair, the thee Cheesesteak was good. Bun was nicely toasted. And the okra was also great...for fried okra. Alas, I am not from the South and was flabbergasted. That and everyone else's egg dishes looked amazing. Moral of this rant, if you go to the Flipp'n Egg order something with a flipp'n egg in it.
