Absolutely wonderful people to work with!! Tommy was wonderful and had my up and running in no time. From the initial phone call from the time he left my house the interaction with cliff and Tommy was amazing! Can’t say enough good things about this company and their workers!!

My home warranty company, 2-10, contracted Temp Rite to fix my Heating system issues. I was able to get an appointment within two days. The technician, Tommy, did an excellent job of diagnosis, I have a "Zoned" system. It took longer than expected to order and receive the parts, but installing the parts went smoothly and we are up and running. Tommy was thorough in explaining the process to me so i would understand what was needed to complete the job. I would recommend this company to my friends.

TempRite came out to replace my old 2.5 split heat pump. Tommy, Jose, James, and Justin were excellent. Talking with Jose he really took pride in his work and the quality of his work showed. For example Instead of just installing the line set in the quickest way he bent and positioned it to make the coil easier to service. Great work and great employees

I had a issue with the pricing. The supervisor I spoke to over the phone was nice and resolved the issue and educated me on pricing. I paid what was agreed upon. I thought the issue was resolved. I thought that was the end of the situation. I was fine with the outcome. The technician named Baxter came back and went off on me! I was so scared and felt like I was in danger! I Called Richmond county sheriff's department and filed a police report against the tech! Also called the company back and told them he is not to come back to my house while police was here! She says our address is now listed on their nonserviceable. Which is fine! Because I would've contacted the police if they did come back!

my home warranty company contracted this company to fix my hvac issues. this was in November. i was able to get an appointment with them rather quickly, much quicker than the 4 other companies i called when i found out their schedule was a few days out. i kept my appt with them and they sent Tommy. He was very friendly and was able to explain what the problem was and that he has to order a part before he could make the full repair. a week went by and i heard nothing so i gave them a call for an update i first spoke with Jackie who was very sweet and explained to me that she had to put me on hold to get an update, Tracy then came to the phone and was able to tell me the part had been ordered and they were just waiting to receive it. They got the part a day or so later and i was on the next days schedule for the repair. Tommy came back to make the repair and was done in no time. I waited a while after reading the reviews to make sure i wasnt going to have any other problems and i have not my heat has been working fantastically since. I have already recommended them to several friends having heating issues and they have been treated the same way. Very professional and friendly staff. :)
