Target

I've always liked Target stores for general shopping needs, and their wide variety of items. The Aiken Target on Whiskey Road is large, with wide aisles, friendly employees and is always very clean. I've been shopping there for over 12 years. It has been my go to place for toiletries, bath towels, small appliances, some clothing items and vitamins. I've also purchased several TVs and other electronics. Ii also find their CVS pharmacy to be a good place for prescriptions.

When ordered the item was supposed to arrive on 2/19. After I placed my order it said arriving 2/20. I ordered it to take on a trip but was leaving 2/20 so I wasn’t able to take the item on the trip and had no use for it after I got back. The return process to Target was very simple and the customer service member was very nice.

Poor service, rude employees. I went to return with a receipt and since the receipt didn’t scan they literally told me that they can’t do the return. I told the girl that it’s not my fault that your receipt is not scanning or they need to have better printer ink. I waited 15-20 for front end manager to come who didn’t say anything or apologize and took the receipt and went back somewhere. They are really 0 stars but the site makes you pick atleast 1 start to leave a feedback.

Don't order from this company online. They will charge you twice and give you some off the wall explanation of why you were charged that way. Will never use this company again. Only ever ordered once and got charged $94 for a $50 order. Worst online experience ever.

Every time I visit the Aiken Target, I have never had a negative experience. It's like the staff enjoy working for the company, which is not common in retail these days. I am grateful for the refreshing experience.
