Take 5 Oil Change

The staff was friendly and the service was quick. However, if I had known how little care was going into the work I would have went elsewhere. There was a strong smell of burning oil when I got home, and the following morning there was a puddle of oil under the car because the tech didn’t bother to clean up any of the oil that spilled when he changed the filter. Cleanup for me was easy though, because unfortunately he just ripped off the splash guard without removing any of the clips, so it’s now just dangling there and the holes in the splash guard are now too big to put new clips in. Won’t be going back.

Service was pretty good would of have given 5 stars but I was slightly disappointed. I brought my mom's truck to be serviced who's a disabled army vet. Wanted to do something nice for her since she hasn't been feeling well. Truck has disabled veterans tags also military insignia on front of truck. To my disappointment they wouldn't honor her military discount because she physically has to be there (which I understand may be company policy). Mind you I have gone to other places that's honored her discount without her present. I even offered to video call so she could show her i.d. Our disabled service men and woman deserve better then that. There are many of days they can't get up and take care of things like this. I also know it makes them feel good to know people still care and will go out there way to thank them for there service. Will I go back NO but not because of the service it's small things like this that need to change I can't spend my money at a place like that. Also the techs on staff where very informative and quick as promised. Thanks you Jack for the great service.

Awesome Service!!! This was my first time visiting this business and I was greeted promptly and professionally. They were super busy so it took 30 minutes instead of 10 minutes as advertised but the wait was well worth. I forgot to mention that there was only 3 guys running the show and they remained friendly and professional to the customers and each other. What a great business! I am truly a recommending fan and I will be a regular. My visit was Sunday 3/2/2025 at around 2pm. I came in for a routine oil change and I feel like I was not offered anymore than what was needed for this requested service. Great Job guys and Thank You for servicing my vehicle!!!

I’m extremely grateful for the honesty that the gentleman had when stopping for my oil change today. He showed me where my oil was and how it wasn’t exactly necessary for a change yet despite what my car’s system was telling me. He also went another step further by providing my children with a snack and filling my tires despite not needing any service done after all. He didn’t have to show the kindness that he did but it is why I will happily come back and have my car serviced here. God is good and I’m thankful to be a witness for when He uses his people to show that!

When I first pulled in there yesterday (5-21-25) it was 5:36pm. The first thing they did was offer water to us and juices and snacks for the kids which I am forever grateful for because my kids don't like sitting in the car a lot. They talked me through the whole process. Did not get mad at me for asking questions and They showed me my air filter(which definitely seen better days) and told me how much it was gonna be which was 75% cheaper then what a ford dealership was gonna charge me. They cleaned my windows topped off my fluid checked my coolant and power steering fluid. They were gonna do my tires but I told them they didn’t need to because after we left there we went to get new tires. They were quick and fast and kind and nice and just over all a good experience. I will recommend everyone I know to come here and I will be a regular customer here now. Thank yall for the amazing service yall gave me and my kids.
