Taco Bell

You know, it's amazing how Taco Bell can have such amazing food that it makes up for the fact that they will almost certainly mess up at least one thing on your order, every time. It's also amazing how consistently they can mess up at least one thing on your order without fail... Not even just this location, Taco Bell in general... To be fair, I can't even complain that much because the food is always great. But please just put the things on the order screen in the bag so I don't have to be disappointed...

This location and every location I've visited for years at this point has been extremely consistent with not placing any of my requested sauces with my to-go orders. I have zero issues with how I'm treated, the quality of the food, or any other aspect of the experience. 5 stars across the board. With the exception of the hot sauces with to-go and drive thru orders. Why even ask me what sauces I would like, either verbally or by having me click the number and type of sauce I would enjoy with my meal if that info is ignored. If this happened with One in 10 or 1 in 4 visits, I wouldn't bat an eye. But this happens, regardless of time, day, location, etc. with an average of 4 out of 5 orders. Not a Huge deal. I will still keep visiting. I will still keep having meals dashed or ubered to me. It just eventually wears me down.

Only 2 staff to best of my knowledge. Ingredients were skimpy in all items ordered. Family who was dining in had been waiting 20 minutes for their order. I had a mobile order and was waiting for 10 min past time it was requested. I asked nicely how long it would be and it had been sitting by drive through because they "don't put food on the pick up shelf anymore because it gets stolen" Suggest they need to put up signs telling folks that.

This is the best Taco Bell in Augusta & I’m going to tell you exactly why. I ordered at 11:30pm today & even though it took some time for me to wait in line for my food, the food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Here’s several key points: - The food was made to precise detail, they didn’t take any shortcuts. - It tastes fresh. - The Crunchwrap, burritos, & crunchy tacos was served perfectly clean & not messy. You can OBVIOUSLY tell that this 11pm crew does not mess around. If more Taco Bell conducted their business like this, we’d have a successful franchise & 2-lines like Chick Fil-A

Horrible experience I sat patiently and waited for my mobile order and gave them the benefit of the doubt, they failed miserably, any other person would have lost their cool. When I approached the front to figure out what was taking so long on my order I had numerous employees look at me and keep walking by. Trash customer service, took almost 30 minutes for a mobile order and look at the food! They gave me a spoon full of cheese, are you serious guys. You lost a repeat customer
