Taco Bell

Went through the drive thru and the lady at the intercom and the window was very attentive and kind, and I received my food almost immediately after arriving at the window. Unfortunately, the quality of the food became more apparent after realizing how quickly it was received. The chicken and fries were lukewarm as if they had been sitting for a long time, and the fries in particular were cold and limp rather than hot and crispy. Was also disappointed to essentially pay $8 for a portion that’s smaller than a kids meal. I could have bought a Happy meal from across the street and got the same amount of nuggets and fries plus apples and a toy for a cheaper price.

I was in the hospital for like over 5 hours and decided to get me some Taco Bell at around like 8:00PM or so for dine in. The drive thru was insane wait was long due to the shortage of staff, but that’s perfectly fine with me as I’ve worked in fast food and retail and understand the hell that comes with it. 😭 A very sweet girl with black nail polish was there and helped get me some napkins and my drink as the option didn’t have sweet tea, but I didn’t realize that whatever drink you choose, you just go get and what not. Definitely give this girl a raise. 💯 The food was yummy and so worth the wait. Thank you girl! Also the guy working cashier was hella nice! It pains me to leave a poor review for Taco Bell. I actually consider Taco Bell one of my favorite fast food restaurants, my visit this evening would have been our second in a week! I was looking forward to ordering another Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco and a Mexican pizza. All of the employees were working in the kitchen keeping the drive through going. We wanted to order at the counter since we planned to pay with cash. One of the employees yelled out that we needed to order at the kiosk because they were shortstaffed. So we tried, but were only able to find the Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco as part of a meal so gave up and went back to the counter where an employee was helping someone with an order they had tried to do with the app. She told us to use the kiosk and we told her we weren't able to find the item we wanted there and she said "well it's going to be awhile because we are so short staffed". It will definitely be awhile because we left and had dinner elsewhere.

Not only did it take them almost an hour to make my food, when I sat down to eat it I bit down on a really hard object. Pretty sure it’s a rock if i’m being honest but even if it’s not, it’s as hard as one.

Food was fine, but detestable customer service, and the ordering panels were disgusting and covered in streaks like they hadn't been wiped down in weeks. Dirty tables and chairs, food crumbs all over the ground, and the bathroom was worse than a public park bathroom. They clearly don't want repeat customers. Take your money someplace else folks.
