Synovus Bank

Had a mortgage with this bank. I refinanced with another bank during pandemic. This closed my account with them but left a credit line open which did not carry a balance. This bank removed my external autopay account for the credit line without notification and did not mail me any notification that my credit line maintenance fee was overdue. Going to cost me 78 pts on my credit score for 7 years. Synovus bank is garbage. Find some where else to bank.

This bank is large enough to do things that smaller community banks cannot, but still value in-person relationships and play a huge role in the community! Love this bank

I have never waited more than about 5 minutes. The tellers are very pleasant.

Been with the bank 2 yrs or more...so close to home and great for a small business. Friendly staff and Manager. Thanks so much for all your help.
