Super Shine Hand Car Wash and Detail Center

I was disappointed in the results. These pictures were taken after I picked up the car and gave the seats time to dry. I feel like I paid $190 for a job that I could have done in less time with a vacuum and a spray bottle at home. This was my birthday gift to myself and I am sad, feeling like I wasted my money.

I was also disappointed with my past service. I just received an automatic email only after a month which reminded me on the bad service I received. First after seeing dog hair in the cargo area I was told that was an extra $50. I paid for a full detail! How is there more money to make this even cleaner when the point of the detail is to be super cleaned. 2nd when I went to retrieve my car, they could not find my keys! After 20 minutes I found the key under back seat floor mats! 3rd, after leaving at night. The first thing I noticed is dirt in the cup holders! How is this detailed? In addition my back seats go down for more space. When I put them down, I saw all the dirt in the crevice that is folded. Meaning they didn’t even bother to “detail,” the back! Find a other place with better service and price.

When going to a place for the first time you’re always wondering if it’s going to be worth it. This place was! The other places in town were busy for weeks so I tried super shine and I’m so glad I went, cheaper than the other places in town and they did an amazing job. I wish I had before photos, I have dogs and my back seat had lots of animal hair I’ve never been able to vacuum out myself. Everything completely gone and all shiny. The guys in the front are super friendly and per Google this is a black owned business. Highly recommend!

Purchased a used car recently, and it was filthy. Took it to this place, and it looks amazing on the inside. It's definitely a good price for the service. I will surely use them again.

Update: My review still stands for this business as they actually charged an extra $60 but I lowered it for this review (caught myself giving him a break). I was never offered a "special deal" as the price offered was retail price. This place still stands on deception so please beware all, they only reached out after this review...why not do the right thing before? No thanks. Took my business to Marco's Detailing who is a veteran so he understood the vehicle PCS process AND cleaned the "dog hair" with no upcharge that enabled my car to pass inspection the first time and enabled it to be shipped. -------------------------------------------------- Requested a quote online and was never contacted, then got entered into text messages unbeknownst to me and it said there was a "special offer". I call the business regarding it and he says there is no such thing even after telling him about the text message and get a quote. Since I was on a tight schedule, I decided to run up to the place and when I get there he quotes me a price on the wall and then we look at my car and he asks if I was military I said yes...then he quotes me a price that was $40 more than the quote I just called about!! Don't take your business here or don't say you are military.
