No!!! Stop!!! Don't do it!!! Never again!! Only reason I haven't left is because it's cheap and I drove from Alabama to visit my brother. I don't even know where to start... Hallways reek of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Stained carpets. My room is supposed to be non smoking, but you can tell it has been smoked in. Burns in the bedding. Next, nasty! Just nasty! Floors not clean, furniture not clean, tub may have been wiped down but not cleaned. Bathroom sink cabinet doors fell off when opened. Microwave hadn't been cleaned. Trash and filth behind and under furniture. Needless to say I didn't look under the beds completely as just looking behind them was enough. NO Heat!!! Clothes hangers were rusty. Ac/heat unit broken with front falling off. Not to mention that the outlet had previously burnt!!! And let's not forget to mention the sour, unwelcomed look on the clerks face at check-in... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Although they've cleaned up the hotel they have smoke in the halls and and a horrible burning stitch in the hall on the first floor towards the door, worst experience

Mediocre at best, room wasnโ€™t properly cleaned; there was a pile of cigar tobacco behind one of the nightstands ๐Ÿ˜’. The hallways and rooms are definitely outdated and have a mild musty smell; mixed in with cigarette smoke. The location wasnโ€™t too bad, itโ€™s tucked off and you donโ€™t see all of the rift raft like you do in other parts of Augusta. However the check in was fast, quick and painless.

Stayed at this hotel about 9 years ago with my parents while I was visiting Augusta University for an interview with their Clinical Laboratory Science program. The hotel was a good distance away from the medical district where the interview was to take place and for what we paid for the room, it was a good deal. Our room was alright. Nothing to write home about. Breakfast offered in the morning was also ok as well. A good budget hotel to stay at when visiting Augusta.

The customer service was superb, the price was reasonable however the room wasn't its best. It had a strong mildew odor in the room. There were only two tiny bars of soap and shampoo and the floor of the room could have used a vacuuming.
