I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THESE REVIEWS. Don't patronize this establishment I was referred to establishment by acquaintance.... The gentleman's name Jessie was very kind and the receptionist. The manager intervene she asked me what was going on with my car note? I stated to her this is what I'm coming in for a small loan she's rudely said "Oh you do pay your credit cards on time and everything else. But your car payment is behind. I stated that I had just made a payment and I needed to make another one. Kelli said, "Oh no I can't lend you anything. "It wasn't the turndown that mattered it was how she said it and how she spoke that tells you that she needs some etiquette about herself; very unclassy manager (Kelli). I am now convinced that this is truly the dirty south.

The staff is rude and unfriendly, seems like they have a new staff here at the end, don't have nothing against the new ones but the original screw was so unprofessional and rude I rather not deal with them my advice run from this place just made the last payment

Every one is so nice and kind and Kelly helps me understand my paper work and my loan. She the best. Come here to get your loans and taxes done

Giving a 1 star since that’s the lowest option available. I do not recommend doing business with this company the staff is very rude and unprofessional. I have been a customer for 6 years and since the management change I will never do business with them again and will try to help as many people as I can to steer away from them… go Nextdoor quick credit has better staffing and experience to help you

When I go in or call over the phone they are always friendly and generous of my needs.
