Ive have the privilege to discover and choose the broker who holds my Real Estate license. Summer House Realty offered me a local office to serve my community, in office support that is experienced, knowledgeable and kind. Liz (our in office personnel) holds many valuable years of experience within the real estate sector and is dedicated to helping the agents how they need it. I am very grateful to Liz for her expertise that she is always willing to share to help the agents that work their. My fellow real estate agents who also chose this broker are friendly, knowledgeable and are always willing to help and share experiences. The really neat aspect of this office is that it is also a venue space for locals.

I held a 40th birthday party here and it was beyond what I could imagine it to be! Courtney and Liz made my party come together seamlessly! The venue was perfect and everyone absolutely loved it! If you’re looking for a venue that’s not traditional and doesn’t require much decorating, the Summer House is the place for you!

Rented the space for a wedding reception. Very helpful staff in a versatile space. Great for indoor/outdoor gathering.

My fiancé and I held our engagement party here and it was gorgeous! Everyone kept raving about how cool the venue space was. Even prior to the event, our friends from out of town remarked how cool the building looked while driving by and were absolutely thrilled when they arrived and saw that was their destination. Additional benefits include: being able to hold an event indoor/outdoors. We got to enjoy the beautiful weather that April has to offer as well as go downstairs to cool off. Plenty of table space, opportunities for refrigeration, clean bathrooms, and a multitude of seating options. We also have to give a major shout out to Courtney who was a huge help to us — we were a little late on party set up and she was a major help from start to finish. She made the party stress free and an absolute dream. I would 100% recommend this venue to everyone and we hope to book the space again in the future!
