Me & a friend of mind came to subway yesterday around 7 or 8 the girl greet us but we had to wait cause she was doing a online order she was on the line by herself the boy was on the phone & walking back & forth she was calling him for help cause more people was coming in then he stated that he don’t get payed enough for this blank. So I will be informing the district manager she is a good friend my mines & have known her for many years

The food was okay....I mean, it still tasted good, but by gosh they had to have been the thinnest subs in the world. This particular location is stingy with the toppings. Which is fine...I understand inventory and what not. My issues aren't really with the food all that much, although, I did place my order through the app, as I always do, and they waited to tell me that they were out of the bread I ordered until I got there. I don't understand why they didn't call me to let me know before my arrival? It literally gives them my phone number, but anyways...my main issue with this location is that I ordered the 'All American Club' which what I get every time, because it's my favorite! Anyways, it comes with turkey on it. So, after the employee who was making my sandwich put it into the toaster, another employee said to her: "woo, that turkey stank, I'm glad I don't eat it" and the one making it agreed with:" yeah, it does smell." Look, I'm open minded and it's okay if people don't eat the same thing I do, but to verbally express that right in front of me, especially saying that it smells, is going to put me off of eating it. I never judge anything other people eat because it's just a difference of opinion, people like what they like, and I'd appreciate it if the ones making my food didn't talk about how much they dislike it. That is just rude and unprofessional. I'm a server, I've been a server for nine years and I've never told any of my guests that their food smells bad, I always tell them it smells & looks good, even if it something I wouldn't pick for myself, that's just curtesy & hospitality.

The management is absolutely terrible. Very rude don’t spend y’all money here just because you at the hospital take the trip to McDonalds. Anyone else to spend it with people who treat you horribly because they don’t care because there miserable working for cheap pay….Hey corporate help or shut them down please do something to fix. This place Subway needs to improve its services and pricing transparency. An employee manager who whoever she is from last night(6/23/2026) was on phone with a another worker saying bad things about the store saying.This place needs to but shut down it don’t make any sense all the workers rude except two of them.

The four individuals working have to be the slowest workers known to man. I practically stood in my entire 30 minute lunch break in line for one sandwich. There’s absolutely no sense of urgency at all & nobody speaks to the customers. I was just stared at until I ordered my sandwich.
