Highly recommend! I would equate it to a good massage but better! Jocelyn was very thorough with questions about my health and any areas of concern and in explaining the stretching itself. Definitely more limber when I left. Like with a massage make sure you drink lots of water afterwards.

My sessions at Stretch Health & Wellness always ends with my compliments, standing taller and spring in my step. My dance partner recognizes the extra swag in my moves. Thank you !!

The stretch therapists are great! They have a very friendly and laid back environment. You are always in control of how far your stretch goes and it is great for blood circulation!

I went to Stretch Wellness with tightness in my calf and pain in my lower back. Jocelyn did an evaluation and several stretches with me. Honestly, the stretches were so gentle that I wasn't sure if it was doing anything, but when I got off the table the difference was undeniable. I've got a new pep in my step and the pain in my back is gone. I goes to show that just some small adjustments can make a big difference. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Easy to set appointment. Easy to understand what they were doing. Explained things each step of the way about current condition and what was needed for better stretching and alignment.
