Unit was broken into. Company failed to secure what of my property was left. I don't recommend this location until they implement a more secure facility. Property manager Christine was professional, courteous, and assisted as much as possible

Our unit has been broken into 3 times due to the front gate being left wide open over the last year. The company refuses to fix this, and one employee mentioned to me the storage facility as a whole had been broken into 22 times this year. There is no one on sight to monitor or patrol and no cameras. Please please don’t use this company. We’ve lost over $2000 worth of items. A lot of people who had nothing after the hurricane now lost the last bit of everything they had.

Would give more stars but lack off security dor me have a unit here but always see the front gate open like hey rob a unit plz never understood why give me a code when i dont even have to use it cause its always open i dont feel very secure knowing all my stuff is wide open like this everyday and every night its really a bother

Don’t leave your things here. They have “breakins” A LOT. My unit has been broken into twice. It’s not random at all. ITS THE STAFF!!!!! Took 98% of my life. Insurance doesn’t pay out much either, so you’re not even getting the worth of things stolen!!

Ms. Angela was VERY accommodating! I purchased a unit & came scooting in a few mins til closing time due to other circumstances (of course this is NOT recommended or overly appreciated I'm sure). Without hesitation, she pulled everything together to ensure all was successful & I was taken care of before she left for the day. Great customer service...she went beyond the scope of her duties. Hard to find these days!
