Sterlington Apartments

My experience with finding my apartment was seamless thanks to Mariah! She was pleasant from start to finish. Definitely made me look forward to being in a community that cares about the residents. Jerome the maintenance engineer was great as well. Overall very friendly and welcoming.

My ex-husband lives at sterlington apartments in Grovetown Georgia. He moved there approximately 12 years ago when they first opened. His walls need to be painted and the office personnel said he has to pay for it. Which would be $500. In my opinion he shouldn't have to pay for it because it would be preventive maintenance. That is normal wear. 12 years living there and never been late on his rent. Thanks for your time

The property management is easily the best I have seen. Everyone at the desk is amazing. Never had a trouble during my stay. I really wouldn’t have left here if I wasn’t relocating. The remodeled apartments could have been done better, but no complaints in specific.

Jerome came to check on an issue I had with my sink and fixed it within 24hrs which is great. He was very prompt and professional. Definitely appreciate your service.

The move-in process was remarkably easy. The staff are very friendly! Within hours of calling I had the keys to my apartment!
