Starbucks

Went to get my matcha this morning paid 15.55 for two venti matcha when receiving my order I chucks of matcha powder all over which if you know this makes the drink taste horrible plus the cold foam was spilled on top of one of the drinks sometimes it’s made perfect sometimes it’s made wrong 😡 I told the lady if she could please fix it , this was a older lady with blonde hair btw she tells me this is how they are made , no they are not made like this she wasn’t trying to help at all she didn’t want to fix it at the window she told me to go to the door I pay a lot of money at Starbucks to be dealing with this BS not paying from this place again ! Would you like to waste money on a drink that’s made nasty I don’t think so !

I love this Starbucks location! I've spent many afternoons relaxing out at their outdoor seating section. There is one woman in particular (I believe she has tattoos!) who works early mornings who is especially kind. She wrote "keep going!" on one of my food wrappers one morning, and she had no clue it was my first week at a new job that was pretty overwhelming at the time. I really appreciated that sweet little gesture, and I have the little note saved in my planner to see every day as a reminder. Thank you Grovetown Starbucks for such wonderful service.

It doesn’t matter when you come, they are extremely slow. But especially on weekends. Most of the time they make the drinks incorrectly or they skimp out on what they can so the drinks are always half full. I don’t understand why this place just can’t get it right.

If I could give this like no stars I would. The service is AWFUL. The atmosphere is AWFUL. The drinks are DISGUSTING. Whoever the moon faced girl that helped me this morning was pretty much worthless and a waste of my time. Don’t work in customer service if you aren’t going to do your job. Starbucks is going down hill and are going fast. Ridiculous.

Took 2 stars off for each of the coffees. Ordered normal hot brew venti and venti Caffè latte. Both were watered down completely. No flavor. It's just horrible tasting coffee. I don't understand how anyone can drink it. The drive thru cashier was friendly.
