Starbucks

Only been to this location a couple of times since it’s been open and I honestly see why. I got my regular shaken expresso and never have I had so much room left in my cup empty. I got a grande and the cup was not even filled to the top line in the cup. I did not ask for light ice or anything to where it should have been modified that much. When I asked the girl to fix it all she did was add more milk to the drink. Made the drink completed white because it was nothing but milk at that point. The attitude of the employees working there could also be better and customers in the dining area should not have to hear them talk about other customers who have left. Bad business. I should have just tried somewhere local instead.

If I could them 0 stars I would. I placed an online order. I knew it would be a wait so I waited patiently with my two little sisters at the long table In the corner. One of my drinks came out wrong and so I asked for a remake and the blonde barista argued with me stating she put the right amount of pumps. I’m a restaurant manager so I tried to be as nice and patient as possible. The arguing is unnecessary. Then my 7 year old sister ACCIDENTALLY spilled two drinks. When I told the store manager, Jen she has blonde silverish hair, she was standing next the online order area. I stated what happened and she rolled her eyes and her body language and attitude almost made my sister cry. I asked her if there anyway I could help clean it up. She said “No, we don’t need your help.” Then asked me in a very rude tone “So you want those remade?” I said “yes I can pay if need be. It was an accident.” They did remake the drinks and when she came to clean up the spill she was rude and making remarks under her breath. My little sister heard her and almost cried. I had to calm her down. It was a horrible experience and from the store manager as well. Truly unnecessary.

Workers are nice but there was a piece of plastic in my drink.

The staffs that work here in the morning shift never really read the recipe. I paid extra money to add some other sauce in the drink and they never made it right. The drink came out horribly and it happened so many times that I am so afraid to make an order in the morning.

This is a horrible Starbucks, the worse one I’ve ever been to. I asked them to make a drink sweeter for me ( a matcha latte) the lady got smart with me about it, she was rude the first time I ordered anyway, they said they should charge me for another drink, I guess they didn’t realize their headset was still on? I will never go back here and will tell everyone I know not to go to the one on Whiskey road! Bad service.
