**warning** do not try to do an Amazon return here. There is only one person taking the returns and helping people check out. My first attempt to do a return i waited for 25+ minutes while one person returned 20+ items. The line just kept growing and not moving so I left. I came back the next day and again there was only one person doing returns and the line was running all over the place. Please have clear signs marked that people can see & read as to where to line up & stand. I asked the manager if he could make a better path for customers to see where to line up but he seemed unbiased and indifferent to my request. There were two older ladies waiting in the wrong line to purchase items when I was trying to return my one item to Amazon. Yikes.

Donβt go here for business print. Did not get what I ordered and refused to fix their mistake. Also when I called to speak to the manager the associate was rude. No refund no compassion. It was a print needed for a presentation and now I cannot use it. Also not only was it not what I needed the colors were wrong. All and all a horrible experience.

These employees need to learn about the products that are on sale and everything associated with it. Don't have an attitude with customers because they understand the sale and are having to explain it to the employees! AND don't make up stuff in hopes the customer will give up instead of getting all the reward points they are supposed to get! It's no wonder people order online. Who wants to deal with such incompetent employees?! Plus stuff is cheaper when you order it online rather than buy in store.

I called to inquire about a HP printer. The call was answered and I asked about the printer. I was asked to hold. I did, thinking that they looking for the printer that I requested. No. Then 18 minutes, 15 seconds later another associate picked up and asked why I was calling. When I mentioned the delay, she said they were busy with other customers. No apology. The upstart? They did not have the printer I was seeking. A wasted inquiry. Very poor customer response by those two associates. I had the impression that the second associate just didn't care. I will share her name with the store's management if they care to respond. I will avoid that store for a while so I can cool off from being ignored.

Selection sometimes sucks but everytime i have checked out it's been a good experience. Big credit to the girl working amazon returns and the staples counter. Long line of returns but still was in/out 8 mins with 2 returns
