I had a great experience with Dr. Cheeks! She was incredibly patient and sweet with Charlie, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I felt confident and comfortable knowing Charlie was in caring hands. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate vet! πΎπ

I bought my baby here and initially they told me he was under weight, constipated, and malnourished but that his blood work was fine. There was no improvement in his condition, so we brought him back. The vet called and told me that she believes he has cancer and dementia. She stated that she and her team thinks I should consider euthanasia. I paid for the private cremation for my dog. They cremated my dog with others and and I'll never get him back! Awful and unforgivable! Shame on you for being incompetent! Do not use this vet for your fur baby.

Our little Smokey was so sick so this was where we brought him. The vet Dr. Garner and the staff were wonderful. We ended up having to say goodbye to our baby and the compassion the Dr had while doing the procedure was wonderful. I will recommend this clinic. Thank you for making it easier for us to say goodbye!

I've been a client for just over a year and have been very pleased with my interactions with all of the staff. I've been impressed with their knowledge, experience, and how they work collaboratively and consult one another. I also appreciate their patience with my questions and that they listen to my knowledge of/experience with my dog, understanding that they know veterinary medicine better than I do and I know my dog better than they do. I feel like I'm part of the collaboration to find and carry out the best outcome for my dog, and that's not always an easy characteristic to find in vet offices. It also appears that there's mutual respect between the doctors and staff, which doesn't happen by accident. Congratulations on creating that atmosphere!

I moved to the Augusta area a month ago and did not have a new primary care vet established. When my dog suddenly had hind limb lameness, St. Francis was able to see him on very short notice. Their staff was so kind and communicative as I was stressed about my dog's injury and they were able to quickly assess and treat my dog to relieve his pain. Thank you for caring for my pup.
