It would be nice to actually have a number to call and not have to jump through hoops to get a member service personnel. I had an issue that had nothing to do with what they had on the phone listing. I went through every digit from 1-9 to try and get to member service, only to be given the runaround and told to try this one or that one. Then I was constantly rerouted back to the main menu. Update. Thank you to the amazing staff at SRP for calling and discussing my issue . It was very informative and I learned a couple of ways to actually reach a member service personnel. After discussing with Ms. Karen, she understood my issue, and how I’ve had issues trying to reach the right specialist to address my concerns. Shoutout to Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Karen for making my chaotic week a little better today. Thank you ladies.

I came in to open up an account and I got connected with Ms. Eriika and she is the bomb Diggity bomb. She took great care of me. I’m very satisfied. I am new to the state. Me and my family just moved here from the West Coast.

Terrible service it's time for Teri to retire. All I needed was a new debit card. The tellers had no interest in actually servicing me didn't even listen to what I needed before sending me to wait on a rep, When every other SRP I've been to literally the same day tellers would of Did It Themselves with in 5 Minutes If Both Machines wasn't Down. Teri couldn't comprehend anything I Asked and told me I would just have to wait for my card. The Location wasn't busy it was only 2 other people there other than me. I drove to another SRP they handled the situation with ease in like 5 Minutes

I would like personally acknowledge my experience at this branch. Following the passing of my husband I went in to ask for help in securing our accounts. First I’d like to praise Erica. She was so compassionate. She set me up immediately with a specialist who was able to handle this painful experience. She gave me tissues and hug and even gave me an encouraging piece of patch work with encouraging words on it. She said someone gave it to her during a difficult time and she wanted to share it with me. That type of compassion is the way customers should be treated. Lisa was the specialist who took me through the steps of freezing accounts. She printed off checks I needed to confirm payments and even spent time highlighting transactions with phone numbers to assist in contacting other agencies of my situation. She gave me her contact information and assured me of her availability should I have further questions. These ladies went above and beyond to make an extremely difficult situation a little easier. It’s this type of service that makes banking with SRP unique and special. Thank you ladies on a Job Well Done! Tammy

I had a problem with PayPal and Belinda was quick to address the problem. She also spoke with me on how to keep my account secure! She was amazing!
