I love this branch, they were so helpful and kind. Mr. Van Tate was so thorough and went overboard to help me with my auto loan.

They have been awesome. 2 month after being with them they refinance my car and I saved so much. Then bout 15 later they offered me to apply for SRP credit card to consolidate my debt. I was approved for that also. My credit score wasn't good. I was in the process of reparing my credit. They were and continue to be professional and caring. Thanks so much SRP.

I went into the Broad Street office to meet with Mr. Tim Jones, about some fraudulent charges on my bank statement. Tim not only was helpful in explaining how to prevent this from happening again, he also printed me a new card to prevent people from using the old card number again. Mr. Jones and I got talking about credit cards and he asked if I’d like to apply for one. Not only was he helpful in getting me approved, he explained the benefits, of using a credit card from SRP. And got me a fantastic interest rate with a much higher credit limit. Mr. Jones was very helpful with all of my needs and I will continue going to him for help. He eased my anxieties about fraudulent charges and helped me to build my credit responsibly. Thank you Mr. Jones!

Michelle The Branch Manager has been super helpful. She took her time to help me during a hard time I was going through. She was very comforting and caring as she was helping me. She is very professional and has the biggest smile as soon as you walk in the door. I would recommend this branch over any other branches in the CSRA. Thank you so much Michelle!!!!!
