I had the luck to get waited on by Matt. He was super nice and very patient with this older person. He didn't rush me and explained about the important details of My transaction. You rock Matt and thank you SRP for all the great service.

Update 12-23-2024: I am changing banks in the new year due to the stress that they have caused me. They locked my account because of me changing my password and had me thinking someone was hacking my account multiple times. It was only me trying to change my security settings the whole time. Locking my account so close to Christmas was the final straw. After 5 trips to SRP in almost two weeks, I'm done. 12-19-24: The assistant manager Tim Jones was a wonderful person to work with and he made sure everything was taken care of after I had fraud charge and I had to open up a new account due to someone attemtping to get into my account. He was friendly and we were even laughing at one point. I highly reccomend working with him if you can. Unfortunately, two horrible experiences with Stephanie Johnson. She wasn't friendly, understanding and did not answer any of the questions that I had. She also gave me wrong information. Avoid her at all costs if you can.

I was really impressed with my visit at SRP Federal Credit Union on Rutland. My member representative Mrs Melinda Ryan was terrific. She took the time and explained everything about the CDs and which I was requiring and just added a lot more. My meeting with her, she was a joy to work with and was very helpful and encouraging me to look at other options that Credit Union had for me to offer Take the time to fill out these references, but she was truly a joy to work with and I look forward to seeing her when I come back into the office at SRP on Rutland Employee.

I have never had a worse experience with any of the 5 other credit unions i have dealt with. I opened an account in May, and as of Oct still am unable to deposit checks. I have been into the branch on pine log twice and spoken to a representative over the phone. I have been told by each person that the block on the account( they are not sure why it is even on the account) has been lifted, but clearly, it has not been. It's next to impossible to get anyone on the phone...I will say when I did get someone on the phone, she told me someone would call me back the next day, and that occurred. At this point, I am so frustrated that I'm going to take my business elsewhere . THis was the Pine log branch and several phone calls to SRPs customer service.
