On today, Wednesday, April 23,2025, the Rep who assisted me was rude. The Rep didn’t have to say anything but her body language was enough. I feel she was upset because I got there 10 minutes before closing. This young lady wasn’t polite at all. This is the first time I have experienced an impolite Rep at the facility. Even though it was close to closing, a a customer would like to be treated with RESPECT. I wanted to address it with her but I didn’t want to be disrespectful. I chose to do this instead.

I was so impressed with Jenna Z. She was so very helpful and kind in helping me after my husband passed. She answered all of my questions and guided me through the process of dealing with his accounts . She went above and beyond in such an impressive, compassionate way. I’ve been with SRP bank for many years. I’m glad to continue banking at SRP. I like that you have different locations, but the one on Pine log (East) I frequent most. Thanks for great service!

Coming to the branch, I am always met with a smile and courtesy. It is hard getting someone on the phone most of the time and that can be frustrating.

Update: A year later and still no one has reached out, this is a horrible place, I do not recommend. Update: it has been two weeks now since this has happened, not one person from SRP has reached out to me regarding this. They do not care about you. I do not recommend SRP whatsoever, unless you want to lose access to your money. I wake up early Thursday morning because I have plans to go to the other side of the state, I make a trip to the store before to pick up a few things before I leave, where I find out that my debit card isn’t working. This was strange since Thursday was pay day, so I open up the app to check my account, and I am unable to log in to see what’s going on, I can’t see my accounts, check my balance, change my password, nothing. So I go back home and try to wait patiently until SRP office hours begin at 8:30am, knowing that I need to leave by at least 9:15. Once on the phone I am told that I have to come in, they can’t help over the phone at all. I rush in and am helped right away, (no issues at all with the individual workers that I have ever interacted with by the way, they are good overall) come to find out my accounts are completely frozen. Why? Because my family’s tax return was direct deposited in my account to make things simpler for us, they need my kids to come in with me with an ID to prove that they are real I guess. I can only get one of my kids to come in that morning, my other kid was already at work. I explain to the SRP rep that I can’t bring my other kid in until 4:30 because he’s at work, is there anything that I can do because I really need to leave for my planned trip. But sorry, they can’t do anything until they see his ID, my accounts have to remain frozen until then, the best that they could do was let me pull out $100 cash from my frozen accounts to pay for gas for my planned trip. What a joke. I had to cancel my trip last minute because I needed to regain access to my account that day since I worked 12 hour shifts on...

Jenna is amazing, she is always available when myself or my daughters have an issue or need something. We all have accounts as well as car loans with her. She is always upbeat, happy and has a smile on her face.
