Springlakes Clubhouse

This is a beautiful Clubhouse that offers tennis courts, a pool, a Pond View. They offer the space for rent to Residents and non-residents. The space offers a full size kitchen and a vaulted ceiling Gathering space with a separate reception area at the entrance. Fireplace is located in the large Gathering space. There is a large deck off the back of the clubhouse that faces the beautiful pond. The pool is right beside the clubhouse. This Clubhouse also offers a large parking spaces for all of the guests.

Very nice. Our great nephew had his 18th birthday party there. About 90 people attended. Plenty of room to dance.

The Springlakes Subdivision Clubhouse was the perfect place for the get together my friend threw for her sister's 40th and 50th Birthday party. Capacity of 82 people. Bathrooms, kitchen all on the premises. The pool is directly across from the clubhouse. If you want to take some nice pictures there is a lake and some seating down the hill in the back of the clubhouse. There was a fireplace and a television as well. It's really nice and spacious for the amount of people allowed. I would definitely recommend Springlakes Clubhouse for any gathering.

Very clean and beautiful with the many windows overlooking the water. It also has a large kitchen, clean bathroom and enough space for around 10 round tables comfortably.

The property manager was amazing from beginning to end. The facility was absolutely beautiful. I look forward to my next event being there.
