Spring Green

Today Teggie came out for weed control in beds. He went above and beyond what i expected outside my fence area getting every weed. Jasmine scheduled him to come out quickly and i got a text alert for the appointment. I love the service but wanted to acknowledge what i felt was a job well done that exceeded my expectations

I’ve used Spring green for four years since we moved here. I had a very expensive lawn of Royal Zoia sod installed. Because there was no grass here. Occasionally there would be something come up and I would have to call somebody to come back over. I will say that Reggie is extremely knowledgeable. I saw someone else mentioned him in a review. But I had problems with nutsedge this year, which I have had in the past and the mole crickets. But this time I had already called them to come back for a second service call his spring because of Nutsedge. They came out with what looks like a Windex bottle and squirted each little sprig of nuts edge like I could’ve just pulled with my Anyway 2 1/2 weeks ago I went to Canada for a two week trip. When I returned on Sunday, the sign was in the yard that they had been here the week previous. I go out in the backyard to find a huge crop of nutsedge As well as several browning areas where the grass had completely died out. My sprinklers are set to run three times a week for 20 minutes so it’s not a water issue They send some technician out. I’m not sure he even knew how to drive the car. He comes into the back and he looks. I show him the situation and he really doesn’t even say anything and then I ask him about the Brown spots that are dying out. He’s like well. These things can come up You know within a few days after treatment. (Huh). I’m like well then what am I paying you for if you’re not gonna tell me how to fix this. The guy didn’t even know how to answer the question so I told him if he’s not of any help then you should just leave and I’ll find somebody that can. I Dismissed him, When I mentioned not knowing how to drive the car, he was trying to turn around in the middle of the street and nearly hit my neighbor’s mailbox and then almost backed into mine. I called the office and told the receptionist what the problem was. She told me she would get a supervisor and I sat on hold for about five minutes. So...

I’ve had Spring Green over a year helping me with my lawn. I get compliments from all my neighbors how well my lawn looks, and I have to give all the credit to Spring Green. And their response to special issues, like I have a thing called dollar spots, which is a fungus, they’ve jumped on after they analyzed it in our spraying fungicide only a day diagnosing it. And a special shout out to Jasmine for making sure that everything goes smoothly.

We previously had Spring Green in Illinois were very happy with their service and the outcome of the lawn. I saw the SG truck in the neighborhood and spoke with technician Jordan. He was professional, polite and engaging. It was towards the end of the day, but he readily agreed to look at our property and provide a plan and proposal. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process and procedures that were easily understood. Needless to say we are again happy customers of SG! A job well done by Jordan - thank you! Mark

Been a loyal Customer of Spring Green for many years! This means nothing to them. Hired them for full lawn care. Stayed home from work to show the ‘Technician’ the areas that needed to be treated, property lines, etc. I waited and I waited and I waited. Finally called Spring Green they were indifferent and said he will be ‘there sometime today’. I continued to wait. Dogs put away. Phone on. Looking out the window. Nothing. Finally I send an email and I advise Spring Green just to cancel him. I needed to leave and can’t wait any further. This was their apology ‘Sorry you feel that way’ which is no apology at all. I still had my winterization packages with them. I noticed my neighbors irrigation being turned on, but not mine. I call them up to inquire. Pam @Spring Green advises we have canceled ALL your services with Spring Green placing my lawn in jeopardy of turning brown. Extremely unprofessional. Your business has no value to them.
