Such an amazing company I would love to come here every day. I love my membership. I love the staff and support system. Your assistant manager Ethan Is one of the most best employees at this site he makes sure my account stay up-to-date and helped me through everything. And your site manager Rhett Is the most top of the people at the wash. He makes sure everything is clean.

I use most of the Sparkle car washes. I am a monthly customers I really like the one on Fury’s Ferry. My grandson Cooper works there and he always is busy which i like to see young kids be.

Great customer service. Would have given a 5 Star but they didn't have window cleaner. The vacuum and rug cleaner top notch.

This is the best car wash in the area. Prices are good (cheapest is $8) and there are plenty of vacuums to go around. We'll continue to come here passing over a few car washes on the way. The only downside, I couldn't find a bathroom for customers to use.

While I haven’t have too many issues with the service, it’s been extremely difficult trying to cancel my membership. I relocated to another state that doesn’t have a Sparkle. I’ve tried logging in, with no success, calling with no response, sending emails and only receiving an email response to call the number that doesn’t answer to cancel. Meanwhile, I’m still being charged for a membership I’m unable to use. Buyer beware, if you aren’t planning to remain in the area. Getting out of a membership with this car wash is easier said than done, despite what it says on that little receipt they have you sign.
