I saw Kierston, PA she was very nice and explained everything to me. Her nurse was also amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The entire staff was great and I had one of the best experiences. I would definitely recommend and will be back to see them again.

I've been coming to this office for years and they've recently made some changes that will absolutely have me looking for a new dermatologist. I have a history of melanoma in my family and do an annual skin check (typically a $50 copay as a preventative service through insurance). Imagine my surprise when I get a bill a few weeks later for an additional $120 because the visit was billed as "diagnostic." According to the billing department, this dermatology office does not have a code for "preventative visits." Paying $170 to spend 7 minutes having a doctor confirm that I have no concerning spots just doesn't work for me. Separately, getting an appointment for a skin check requires a 3+ month lead time. I also have a very basic prescription that has been called in incorrectly to my pharmacy and requires significant time on the phone to get corrected.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff, comfortable atmosphere. I had some skin things frozen. It was fairly quick and painless. I’m so glad I found this place. So happy!

Me and my husband see Dr. Brown at Southern Dermatology for yearly skin checks for several years. We have both been very pleased with our visits. Staff is always super friendly and accommodating! Dr. Brown is so thorough and spends time to answer all questions and concerns. I definitely recommend her to anyone!
